- Founder, President, and Director, Ukraine Partnership Foundation (UPF) Dr. Privott leads UPF, a 501(c)(3) organization based in St. Louis. The foundation supports over 3,000 students and provides humanitarian aid, trauma counseling, and spiritual assistance to over 25,000 internally displaced persons in Ukraine. UPF ensures the integrity of its Ukrainian educational institutions and community NGOs and is dedicated to rebuilding a nation characterized by integrity and transparency.

Personal Life
Dr. Privott is a widower residing in Chesterfield, Missouri. He has three adult children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Alongside his late wife, Marge, Dr. Privott has made significant contributions to community and church, including securing ongoing medical care for a Ukrainian orphan with cerebral palsy, dramatically improving his quality of life.
Scott Reed:
Scott E. Reed is the former Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BB&T Corporation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. BB&T (now Truist Financial Corporation) is one of the nation’s premier commercial banks ranking in the top ten in total assets.
A Chicago, Illinois native, reared in Greensboro, NC, Reed obtained his undergraduate degree in mathematics from Wake Forest University and his Masters in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University.
Reed served six years as a director of WSFS Financial Corporation, a $5.0 billion plus financial services company, and its principal subsidiary, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, both of Wilmington, Delaware.
Reed has been very active in both local and state community affairs. Reed serves as a board member for Troika International through which he has taught business courses and shared his Christian faith in Ukraine and through LEAD International in Amman, Jordan. Some of his recent commitments include serving as Chairman of the North Carolina Zoological Council and NC Zoological Society, and President of the Southeastern Society at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Presently he is serving on the Board of Directors of the Ukraine Partnership Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri. He has served in leadership positions on many boards of directors including NCFREE (North Carolina Foundation for Research and Economic Education), Young Life of Forsyth County, and a member of the board of directors of Associates in Christian Counseling, The Salvation Army, ProVision Foundation and Trustee of the Nature Conservancy of North Carolina. Also, he served on the Board of Visitors of the Schools of Business at Wake Forest University, and the Advisory Board of the Deacon Club, WFU.
Mr. Reed is a retired Captain of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr. Reed is an active member of Calvary Baptist Church of Winston-Salem, NC, where he resides with his wife of over 57 years, Pam. He has three married daughters and eight grandchildren.
